Full Moon Ceremony

Join me for a full moon ceremony and energetic releasing and healing!

Full moon's are all about releasing! Releasing what no longer serves us on a soul level, energetically, mentally and physically!

For this ceremony I will be creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment for 30 beautiful souls. We will walk through and create a safe inner world for us to connect to our higher selves, to allow us to dig deep and understand what we are wanting to release.

Included in the ceremony:

- Cacao for everyone! Such a fun way to open our heart centers 

- Oracles Cards and guidance 

- Journal Prompts to releasing what no longer serves us

- A safe, fun and supportive environment where we can drop our guards and be ourselves!

- A 30 miniute guided energy/reiki healing to energetically release your intentions from your mind,body and soul

What to bring:

- water bottle 

- yoga mat or towel or blanket (whatever would be comfortable for you to lie on during the meditation)

- open mind and heart :)
